Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings
Promote the company's products and services to industries, contractors, builders, and consultants
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and follow-ups
Visit project sites, attend industry exhibitions, and conduct market research
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and client communications
Coordinate with design and production teams for timely project execution
Provide regular market feedback on competition, pricing, and customer expectations
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Marketing, Business.
Minimum 2 year of experience in
marketing
or sales,
preferably in a
manufacturing or construction-related company
Good knowledge of industrial/structural products like steel structures, roofing materials, PEBs, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client visits
