Key Responsibilities:
Promote products/services directly to potential customers via
face-to-face meetings, phone calls, email, or events
.
Generate leads, identify prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly.
Distribute promotional materials and organize on-ground marketing activities.
Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and conversions.
Represent the company at
exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
(not mandatory for freshers).
Proven experience in
direct sales/marketing, field sales, or customer-facing roles
(0-3 years; freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle customer objections.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office / CRM tools
to track sales and customer data.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Prior experience in
B2B/B2C direct sales or telemarketing

Familiarity with the industry/product domain.
Fluency in
multiple languages
