Job Description

The Field Marketing Representative plays a crucial role in driving brand visibility and sales for the corporate tiles industry by engaging with clients directly in the field. This role involves meeting prospective clients, promoting tiles and related products, conducting market surveys, and ensuring that customer requirements are met. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of the tiles industry and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:



1. On-field Client Engagement:



Visit prospective clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and retailers, to promote the company's tiles and products. Build and nurture relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and on-site meetings. Address client inquiries and provide product demonstrations to explain features, benefits, and applications.

2. Market Research and Analysis:



Conduct market surveys to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Provide detailed reports on market insights to the marketing and sales teams for strategy refinement.

3. Product Promotion and Awareness:



Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and samples to potential clients. Educate customers on new product launches, offers, and promotions to drive interest and sales.

4. Sales and Lead Conversion:



Identify and generate leads in the field, ensuring consistent follow-up to convert them into sales. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively.

5. Reporting and Documentation:



Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client interactions, and sales activities. Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities, market trends, and sales performance. Use CRM tools or other systems to update client information and track progress.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams:



Work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Communicate customer feedback and market requirements to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in field marketing, sales, or business development. Knowledge of tiles, their features, and applications is highly advantageous.

Key Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand market trends and client needs. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other reporting tools. Organizational skills to manage schedules, client visits, and reporting effectively.

Working Conditions:
