Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical visits to assigned land plots and verify location, boundaries, and site conditions. Collect and document key land details including photographs, and surroundings. Coordinate with surveyors, local authorities, and landowners as required. Submit daily or weekly reports with findings and supporting documents. Ensure accurate and timely verification of land data for property listings or development projects. Escalate any discrepancies or issues found during inspections to the operations team.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred. Prior field experience;

real estate background is a strong advantage

. Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
