Job Description

Promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors to the public and local community. Visit clinics, companies, schools, and other organizations to create awareness about hospital facilities. Maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics, and partner institutions. Increase OP and IP patient numbers through planned marketing activities. Conduct regular field visits and maintain a visit report. Plan and execute health camps, wellness programs, and community outreach activities. Support hospital events such as medical camps, awareness programs, and campaigns. Handle digital marketing support (optional: depending on hospital requirements). Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth follow-up of leads and referrals. Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management. Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets. Attend patient inquiries, convert leads, and ensure good customer service.
