The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company's products/services, generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support business growth through both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
Generate leads through field marketing, digital platforms, and networking activities
Coordinate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and conversions
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and product launches
Manage social media pages and support digital marketing activities (posts, ads, content coordination)
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, and email campaigns
Track and report marketing performance, leads, and campaign effectiveness
Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and advertising agencies
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in marketing or business development (Freshers can also apply)
