Job Description

Duties

1. Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.

2. Delegating assignments to members of the graphics and advertising departments, as needed.

3. Supervising employees' work, providing direction and clarification, as needed.

4. Ensuring adherence to clients' specifications.

5. Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.

6. Adhering to time and financial restrictions.

7. Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.

8. Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and sharing these with clients.

Requirements:

1. Degree in marketing, sales, or similar.

2. Prior experience as a marketing executive.

3. Proficiency in Hootsuite.

4. A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.

5. Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.

6. Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.

7. Highly organized and detail-oriented.

8. Respect for people and ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 72 per week
