Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing ones, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials. Manage the company's online presence, including website and social media platforms. Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report ROI. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
