To conceptualise, plan, and execute local marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and increasing showroom footfall across target customer segments at the showroom level.
The role ensures consistent customer engagement, promotion of high-value jewellery collections, and supports campaigns aligned with the company's brand strategy and seasonal business goals.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the luxury, jewellery, or fashion industry
Hands-on experience with regional activations and customer engagement initiatives
Strong understanding of jewellery customer psychology and regional preferences
Creative thinking with a focus on branding and aesthetics
Strong execution and vendor coordination skills
Excellent communication in English and regional language- Tamil
Familiarity with footfall tracking methods and CRM integration is a plus
