We are seeking a disciplined and result-oriented Marketing Executive who will handle telesales and lead follow-ups. The candidate should be persuasive, have clarity in communication, and be able to manage and convert leads effectively. Familiarity with handling leads from
IndiaMART portal
will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up with leads generated through IndiaMART and other channels.
Present products and services clearly and convincingly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Share daily/weekly reports with management.
Required Skills & Qualities
2-3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing/inside sales.
Strong convincing power and persuasive communication.
Knowledge of
IndiaMART portal
preferred.
Ability to learn product details quickly.
Clear and confident communication in Hindi (English basic preferred).
Disciplined, organized, and target-focused.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or related tools).
Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (preferred, not mandatory if experienced).
Compensation
Fixed Salary (based on experience, no incentives).
