We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive with prior experience in the steel industry. The role focuses on lead generation, market development, and supporting sales growth through structured marketing and client outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, referrals, and industry contacts
Develop and maintain relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, stockists, and OEMs
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and conversions
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations when required
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments
Support branding and promotional activities as per company strategy
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in the steel industry
Strong understanding of steel products, market dynamics, and customer base
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings if required
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
