To plan, execute, and monitor marketing and outreach activities that enhance the school's visibility, reputation, and admissions. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting the school's academic programs, events, and achievements to prospective parents, students, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Outreach
Support the admissions team in achieving student enrolment targets.
Conduct school visits, parent interactions, and educational fairs to promote the institution.
Generate and follow up on leads from various sources (online, referrals, events, etc.).
Marketing & Branding
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (print, digital, outdoor).
Coordinate the design and distribution of brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
Manage social media pages and ensure regular content updates aligned with the school's brand.
Event Management
Organize promotional events, open houses, orientation programs, and community outreach activities.
Collaborate with academic teams for coverage and promotion of school events.
Public Relations
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, media, and local organizations.
Prepare press releases and coordinate media coverage when required.
Market Research & Reporting
Collect and analyze market data, competitor information, and admission trends.
Submit weekly/monthly marketing reports and performance updates to management.

Qualification & Experience:
