Santhosh Trading Company is looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive to handle retail market visits, generate orders, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Tamil and English, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven record in field marketing or sales. Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail outlets and distributors to promote products and generate new orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail network.
Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update customer records.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or field operations (preferably in trading or FMCG).
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned areas.
Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools. Benefits:
