Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
Market Development:
Identify potential customers, distributors, and retail channels to expand the brand's reach.
Product Promotion:
Effectively promote FMCG products through B2B and retail sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and trade partners.
Market Feedback:
Collect and report insights on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Brand Representation:
Represent the company at trade meets, retail visits, and promotional events.
Requirements
3-5 years of
experience in FMCG product sales
(B2B / retail).
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and result-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with
local markets in Hyderabad
and nearby regions.
Must be comfortable with
fieldwork and frequent client interactions
