A Marketing Executive in the automobile industry is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote vehicle sales, service offerings, accessories, and brand awareness. The role involves market research, customer engagement, dealership promotions, digital marketing, and coordination with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Promotion
Plan and implement marketing campaigns for new vehicle launches, service camps, and dealership events.
Develop promotional materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and digital creatives.
Coordinate with agencies for ad creation, printing, and branding activities.
Manage showroom branding, outdoor marketing, and local advertising initiatives.
2. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
Generate leads through campaigns, roadshows, mall/display events, and corporate activities.
Maintain leads database and follow up regularly to improve conversion.
Enhance customer engagement through loyalty programs, feedback surveys, and service camp promotions.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Study market trends, competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
Provide insights to management and sales teams for strategic decisions.
Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
4. Event Management
Organize and manage events such as vehicle delivery ceremonies, test drive events, roadshows, and CSR activities.
Coordinate logistics, manpower, invitations, and vendor management.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in marketing
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of automobile products and dealership operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media tools.
