Coordinating with customers through Email, Contract review and resolving queries with customers wherever required, Coordinating with Stores and production for
timely execution of orders, sending order confirmation to customers, Coordinating with external inspectors, ensuring correct documentation related to dispatch of materials,
maintaining digital records, sending dispatch intimation to customers. The role requires accuracy, quick response, professionalism, and basic technical knowledge of office systems.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage company email inboxes throughout the day.
Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails as per guidelines.
Forward emails to concerned departments and track follow-ups.
Maintain a proper email filing and archiving system.
Prepare and send official emails/letters as instructed.
Dispatch Operations:
Prepare dispatch documents such as challans, delivery notes, and invoices.
Coordinate with courier services and logistics teams for sending materials/documents.
Record outgoing and incoming dispatch details in registers or software.
Track dispatched items and update status to concerned departments.
Ensure safe and timely delivery of documents and goods.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (Science graduate preferred).
Experience:
+ 2-5 years of experience in related fields.(Entry-level candidates with good computer skills may also apply.)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers and email systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
