Regularly visit referral partners to strengthen engagement and ensure continuous patient flow.
Maintain a record of all referrals received and share periodic reports with the management.
Develop and implement innovative referral programs to increase conversion and loyalty.
Ensure adherence to referral documentation protocols (slips, coupons, or digital records).
2. Corporate Marketing:
Approach and collaborate with corporates, industries, and institutions for Eye check-up camps and tie-ups.
Organize and coordinate Eye camps, wellness programs, and awareness sessions at corporate premises.
Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, welfare officers, and CSR departments.
Follow up on leads generated from corporate activities and ensure proper tracking and conversion.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports (Target vs. Achievement).
Maintain and update referral and corporate visit trackers.
Monitor the ROI from referral and corporate campaigns.
4. Branding & Promotion:
Support centre-level branding activities such as signage, outdoor promotions, and health awareness drives.
Ensure the organization's branding standards are maintained during external engagements.
