The candidate will work closely with outlet teams and vendors to implement campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of marketing plans across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute BTL marketing activities for retail outlets
Manage local promotions, in-store branding, and activations
Coordinate with vendors for printing, signage, and promotional materials
Support new outlet launches and local marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance and footfall impact
Ensure brand visibility and consistency at outlet level
Maintain marketing activity reports and budgets
Eligibility / Requirements
MBA in Marketing
3-6 years of experience in Retail BTL marketing
Hands-on experience in local promotions and outlet marketing
Strong coordination and execution skills
