Marketing Executive

to join our team at Doodlezz India. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in

lead generation, client conversions, and marketing strategy execution

. This role requires excellent communication, networking, and analytical skills to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate qualified leads through online/offline channels. Identify and approach potential sponsors for events, ensuring successful sponsorship acquisition. Convert leads into potential clients with effective follow-ups and presentations. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute promotional strategies. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a

Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive

(minimum 2-4 years). Strong skills in

lead generation, sponsorship acquisition and client conversion

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Prior experience in event marketing and sponsorships will be a strong advantage. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Must be based in

Chennai

(remote job but Chennai location preferred).
