Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads

for insurance companies in India and GCC through research, networking, and digital outreach.

Develop and execute lead-generation strategies

to connect with key decision-makers in the insurance sector.

Engage potential clients

via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls--building relationships and understanding business needs.

Qualify leads

and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.

Maintain and update lead databases,

tracking interactions and optimizing outreach efforts.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams

to align lead-generation activities with company goals.

Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years in

lead generation, business development, or sales

(preferably in

insurance, healthcare, or SaaS

).

Research & Prospecting Skills:

Strong strategic and data-driven approach.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to nurture potential clients.

Tools:

Proficiency in

CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms

(preferred).

Work Style:

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
