Job Description

Strategy development:

Create and implement 360-degree marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Market research:

Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and understand consumer needs to inform marketing decisions.

Campaign management:

Design, execute, and manage various marketing campaigns, including both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives.

Digital marketing:

Oversee digital marketing efforts such as social media, website content and maintenance, and online advertising to enhance brand visibility.

Branding and communication:

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and manage project branding and communication.

Sales collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and optimize lead conversion.

Coordination:

Coordinate with external agencies, legal, financial, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Reporting and analysis:

Track marketing performance and analyze data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
