Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Marketing Executive

with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate must have proven expertise in selling residential flats, handling client interactions, and achieving sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

Promote and sell residential flats to prospective clients. Generate and follow up on leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing.

Client Handling & Relationship Management:

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable property options. Conduct site visits and explain property details effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Negotiate pricing and terms to close property sales successfully. Ensure timely completion of sales transactions and documentation.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Keep updated on current market trends and competitor activities. Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in real estate sales (mandatory). Proven track record in selling flats and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and client-handling abilities. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
