To be successful at this job, you need to have: A) Drives profit and promotes services and products through coordinated marketing campaigns. Their primary duties include conducting product research, establishing brand awareness and improving customer relations. B) Maintain and update customer databases; conduct market research. C) Should understand market trends and audience behaviours and develop strategies to target them that eventually leads to sales. What will be your top priorities 1) Increasing engagement from existing audiences and potential buyers. 2) Showcase success history to build credibility. Additional Duties but not limited to the following: A) Build a client relationship and ensure client satisfaction through you prompt response. B) Location-based advertising allows you to tailor ads to audiences with very specific needs. If there\'s an area in town with a lot of drive-by viewings, you can set up a geofence around the area and deliver ads that reference the neighborhood and your expertise in the area. C) Sending out regular emails and Whatsapp updates frame you as a trusted advisor for current clients, generates interest in your listings, and keeps you at the top of potential clients\' minds. Note: Educational qualification and English communication is not Mandatory. We are looking for people who are passionate in sales and fluency in Tamil communication with confidence.
