Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Promote the company's products/services through various marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
Manage and update social media platforms and engage with online audiences.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and customer outreach.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Create marketing content like brochures, newsletters, emails, and presentations.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
Prepare regular marketing reports and MIS updates for management.
Work with vendors and agencies for design, printing, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (freshers with internship experience can also apply).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.
