Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, doctors, and health packages.
Plan and execute promotional events, health camps, seminars, and awareness programs.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, diagnostic centers, and referral partners.
Create and manage content for social media, website, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
Coordinate with print, electronic, and digital media for advertising and publicity.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ROI, and lead generation.
Collaborate with internal departments (administration, clinical, operations) to ensure branding consistency.
Represent the hospital at exhibitions, community events, and corporate meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing (preferred) or general marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Ability to build strong networks and maintain client relations.
Result-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for outreach programs and corporate visits.
