The Hospital Marketing & PRO is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase patient footfall, promote healthcare services, enhance the hospital's brand visibility, and maintain public and media relations. The role requires fieldwork, digital marketing oversight, coordination with consultants and doctors, and active community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Business Development
Develop and implement local marketing plans to attract patients and increase brand awareness.
Identify and pursue B2B and B2C opportunities, including corporate tie-ups, health camps, insurance companies, and TPAs.
Plan and organize outreach programs like health talks, camps, seminars, and wellness events.
Maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to inform marketing decisions.
Public Relations & Communication
Act as the hospital's spokesperson for media-related inquiries and public announcements.
Manage relationships with the press and media for positive coverage.
Handle crisis communication and media responses.
Ensure internal communications are consistent and aligned with the hospital's branding.
