Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are interested in starting a career in Sales & Business Development. You will be responsible for identifying potential school leads and connecting with them to promote student mental wellness services, psychological assessments, and healthcare screening solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify schools, colleges, and educational institutions as potential leads
Make cold calls, send emails, and follow up to generate interest from clients
Schedule appointments, product demos, webinars, and meetings for the sales team
Maintain lead lists, call reports, and activity logs in CRM tools
Support the sales team during events, seminars, and education fairs
Understand product offerings and communicate them clearly to prospective clients
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in tele-calling / inside sales / lead generation
Strong speaking skills and confidence while communicating with school authorities
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
