About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic

PR & Marketing Executive

to lead event promotions, manage public relations, and execute in-house events for a premium restaurant & bar in Khar. This role involves building brand visibility, engaging with media & influence's, and curating unique experiences for our guests. The venue hosts

live music nights, Bollywood evenings, themed parties, guest DJ events, corporate mixers, birthdays, anniversaries, and private celebrations

. The ideal candidate will have a creative outlook, strong media connections, and the ability to manage events end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Marketing:

Build and maintain strong media, influence, and blogger relations. Draft press releases, event announcements, and promotional content. Collaborate with PR agencies, lifestyle magazines, and online platforms for coverage. Oversee social media promotions in coordination with the marketing team.

Event Planning & Execution:

Plan and execute in-house events (Bollywood nights, live bands, themed parties, guest DJs). Curate and organize private functions (corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, kitty parties). Coordinate with kitchen, bar, decor, and entertainment teams for smooth event delivery. Liaise with external vendors, DJs, performers, and partners for collaborations.

Branding & Promotions:

Develop creative event concepts and marketing campaigns. Create promotional offers and packages to boost customer participation. Track ROI on events and marketing spends. Collect feedback and continuously improve event experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

2-4 years' experience in hospitality PR, event marketing, or brand promotions. Strong media and influence network (hospitality background preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Creative approach towards event ideas and branding. Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events.
