Job Role:

KMT Silks is looking for a

Business Development Officer

to engage in fieldwork, focused on identifying and collecting potential wedding customer data, and following up with leads to convert them into actual customers. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement and boosting walk-in sales -- without any pressure of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local areas and wedding-related events/venues to collect potential customer data. Engage with prospective customers and understand their wedding-related shopping needs. Follow up regularly with leads via phone. Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth customer conversion. Maintain accurate records of customer data and follow-up status. Represent KMT Silks in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel. Basic knowledge of textiles or wedding wear is an advantage. Self-motivated and organized.
