Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic

Marketing Executives / Medical Representatives

to promote Cureva products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and distributors. This is an excellent opportunity for science and pharmacy graduates who want to start a strong career in pharmaceutical marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and detail company products to doctors and healthcare professionals. Achieve monthly sales and coverage targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and retailers. Organize CMEs, product presentations, and marketing activities. Report daily calls, feedback, and competitor insights to management. Ensure compliance with company marketing policies.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and presentation ability. Confidence and self-motivation to meet targets. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and marketing ethics. Good command over MS Office and digital communication tools.

Qualifications

Candidates from Pharma, Science, or Marketing background will be preferred. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC:

?1,20,000 - ?1,80,000 per annum

Incentives:

Up to ₹60,000 per year (performance-based)
