The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the institute's courses, increasing admissions, managing local marketing activities, and building strong relationships with schools, students, and the local community to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits, meet students, parents, and counselors to promote institute programs.
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational events
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including offline and digital activities.
Distribute marketing materials like brochures, posters, banners, etc. in targeted areas.
Organize student seminars, workshops and promotional events.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and daily activity reports.
Market survey and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (Marketing preferred).
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, education sector preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
