Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement targeted marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Manage digital platforms professionally, ensuring consistent branding and quality communication.
Execute paid advertising campaigns to drive high-quality student enquiries.
Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Maintain accurate reporting of marketing activities, leads, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the counselling and sales teams to improve lead conversion efficiency.
Required Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional attitude with the ability to represent the organization confidently.
Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, basic design tools).
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance.
Time management, discipline, and task ownership.
Prior experience in the education or immigration sector is preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or promotional role (preferred).
