We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive at our Kharar, Mohali office!

Role Overview:



Work with CITC's Affiliate Marketing programs, Digital Marketing orders & Student Mobilization.

Must have good communication in English & Hindi, along with basic computer/Digital Marketing knowledge.

Qualifications:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing or similar

Key Responsibilities:



Liaisoning with Enquiries:

Attending calls, explaining the Affiliate marketing services to the enquiries, handling students enquiries over CITC Portal & fields mobilization.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise/clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and identify areas for business growth.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to meet client requirements.

Sales Strategies:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals and targets.

Networking:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company's presence and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
