Market Research & Strategy

Analyze global market trends, trade data, and competitor activity. Identify potential export/import markets and new business opportunities. Develop targeted marketing plans for international markets.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Generate leads and onboard new clients (exporters/importers). Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners. Understand client needs and offer customized freight and logistics solutions.
3.

Sales Support & Coordination

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pricing. Prepare sales pitches and presentations tailored to client requirements.
4.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and client engagement. Generate reports on market feedback, lead conversion, and ROI. Suggest improvements based on data insights.
5.

Product/Service Development Input

Collect feedback from clients on pricing, service quality, and competition. Assist in refining services based on market demands.
