Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students, conducting marketing activities, and converting inquiries into admissions. The role focuses on student acquisition, brand promotion, and revenue growth while ensuring excellent student engagement and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities

? Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, WhatsApp, emails & online leads
? Counsel students & parents regarding courses, fees, syllabus, certification & career outcomes
? Convert inquiries into admissions through professional communication and follow-up
? Maintain admission records & update CRM/ERP software
? Meet weekly/monthly admission & revenue targets
? Build strong relationships with students to generate referrals

Marketing Responsibilities

? Participate in promotion activities -- seminars, workshops, events, career fairs
? Conduct telecalling campaigns & follow-up marketing
? Promote courses on social media platforms (basic posting support)
? Distribute brochures, banners & marketing materials if required
? Coordinate with schools, colleges, and corporates for tie-ups & outreach
? Share student success stories, feedback & testimonials for branding

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline/PG/Diploma
