Job Overview:
We are seeking a
proactive and strategic Marketing Executive
to join our pharmaceutical marketing team. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans to promote pharmaceutical products, strengthen brand positioning, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Should have proficient experience in Orthopedic Product Range.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products
and brands.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the sales team to plan product launches, promotional activities, and campaigns.
Prepare marketing materials, product monographs, visual aids, and presentations for doctors and medical representatives.
Coordinate with medical representatives to ensure consistent brand communication in the field
Manage digital and print marketing initiatives for product visibility.
Monitor sales performance, product feedback, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.
Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
Ability to develop creative marketing content and strategies.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, production).
