FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCES BOTH CAN APPLY .

Outbound calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote pharmaceutical products and services.

Lead generation and sales:

Generate new leads and convert them into sales to achieve revenue targets.

Customer engagement:

Inform customers about products, special offers, and promotions.

Inquiry and complaint resolution:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities, often using CRM software.
