Key Responsibilities
Identify and
approach influencers
for brand collaborations and marketing campaigns
Approach and collaborate with event management companies
for brand activations and tie-ups
Activate restaurants, bars, and venues
through promotions, branding, and marketing initiatives
Coordinate with
artists, performers, and quiz hosts
for branded events and engagements
Approach festivals
for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and on-ground visibility
Plan and execute
digital marketing activities
in coordination with the marketing team
Support
field marketing and on-ground promotions
, including events and activations
Work closely with the
sales team
to identify key outlets/stores for branding and marketing
Manage
product placements
at events, partner venues, and retail points
Plan and execute
merchandising initiatives
, including creating branded merchandise in collaboration with the marketing team
Track marketing activities and share basic performance and execution reports
Candidate Profile
Fresher or up to 3 years of experience
in marketing, brand activation, events, or hospitality marketing
Young, energetic, and comfortable with
field work and on-ground execution
Strong communication, networking, and coordination skills
Willingness to travel locally and work during events/weekends when required
Interest in
alco-bev, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
is a strong plus
