Manage online and offline marketing campaigns (social media, email, print, etc.).
Digital Marketing
Oversee the property's website, social media platforms, and online reputation.
Develop engaging content for social media and monitor engagement metrics.
Brand Management
Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain high-quality creative assets for promotions, brochures, and advertisements.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends to identify new opportunities.
Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Events & Partnerships
Assist in planning and executing hotel events, collaborations, and sponsorships.
Build partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tools Creative thinking and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing (hospitality experience preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms
