About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on E-commerce Marketing Executive

with 1-3 years of experience in driving online growth. You'll be responsible for

planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns

across multiple digital channels to boost traffic, sales, and customer retention. If you have worked in

e-commerce, food delivery, travel, ride-hailing, or digital services

, and love turning data into action, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute campaigns across

email, social media, paid ads, and in-app promotions

to drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor key metrics like

click-through rates, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer engagement

; adjust campaigns to maximize results.

Customer Targeting & Personalization:

Segment audiences, create personalized campaigns.

Content Collaboration:

Work with

design, content, and product teams

to create marketing creatives that resonate with customers.

Competitor & Trend Analysis:

Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging tools to stay ahead in digital marketing.

Tool Management:

Manage and optimize

marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and ad platforms

(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for smooth campaign execution.

Retention & Growth:

Develop strategies for

customer retention, repeat purchases, and engagement

across the e-commerce funnel.

Qualifications & Experience:

1-3 years of experience

in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Strong understanding of

digital marketing metrics and KPIs

. Hands-on experience with

email marketing tools, CRM systems, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms

. Excellent

analytical, organizational, and communication skills

. Comfortable in a

fast-paced environment
