Job Summary
:
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies designed to drive brand awareness, generate leads, enhance client communication, and ultimately increase sales and revenue within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
:
Marketing Strategy Development
: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote properties, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.
Client Communication
: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle.
Lead Generation & Conversion
: Identify and generate leads through targeted marketing efforts, such as digital campaigns, events, and CRM tools. Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Revenue Generation
: Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and contribute to the company's overall revenue targets.
Market Research
: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
Reporting
: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and report on performance. Provide detailed reports on sales targets, performance metrics, and key achievements.
Qualifications
:
MBA in Marketing or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, in real estate or a similar industry is preferable.
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.
Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and the sales funnel in real estate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
