Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the electrical products and services offered.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.

Content Creation:

Develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, website content, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.

Digital Marketing Management:

Manage and execute digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and potentially SEO/PPC, to promote products and services.

Sales & Technical Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate product information and align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Campaign Performance Monitoring:

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven adjustments and improve results.

Customer & Stakeholder Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to foster loyalty and promote products.

Industry Event Participation:

Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company and its offerings, and gather market intelligence.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing within the electrical industry or a strong understanding of the sector. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze marketing data and draw actionable insights. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and marketing objectives.

Pay: ?15,570.00 - ?17,790.00 per month
