We are a well-established gold-plated ornaments showroom located in Bhubaneswar, offering high-quality and affordable fashion jewellery. We serve customers from Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri, and are looking to expand our reach and sales with a dedicated marketing team.

Job Role:

We are hiring Marketing Executives who will be responsible for promoting and selling our gold-plated ornaments in local markets, residential areas, and through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell gold-plated ornaments directly to customers in Bhubaneswar and nearby areas. Visit residential areas, offices, exhibitions, and potential customer zones to generate leads and make sales. Explain product features, designs, quality, and pricing to customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Distribute leaflets, brochures, and product samples where needed. Coordinate with the showroom for stock, pricing, and order delivery. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass; preference for 12th pass or graduates. Good communication and convincing skills. Must be comfortable with fieldwork and direct customer interaction. Energetic, honest, and target-oriented personality. Two-wheeler preferred for local travel (travel allowance may be provided). Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive sales incentives.
