We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Field Sales Executive

to join our growing interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, promoting our interior design services, and converting inquiries into confirmed projects. This is a

field-based role

that requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential customers including homeowners, builders, and property developers. Pitch interior design solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct site visits, take client briefs, and coordinate with design teams. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Freshers are welcome. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the field work.
