Job Description

HexaLearn Solutions is looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive (Field) to expand our business in the local market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, collecting work, and promoting our digital services, including SEO, SMO, Website Hosting, Design & Development, Multimedia, and eLearning solutions. The role requires visiting different locations, meeting potential clients, and building relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Visit businesses, institutions, and organizations to promote HexaLearn's services. Generate leads and secure work related to SEO, SMO, Website Hosting, Design & Development, Multimedia, and eLearning. Maintain and nurture client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Provide weekly reports on client interactions and market trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop marketing strategies and suggest innovative ways to increase brand presence.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any stream. Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred (Freshers can apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the local market. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Multimedia services is a plus. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
