We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our on-site marketing, client coordination, and brand-building activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting ongoing sites, and supporting overall marketing operations to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Promote construction projects directly at the site and handle customer walk-ins.
Generate leads through field marketing, local networking, and site visits.
Coordinate with sales teams for client follow-ups and property inquiries.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Collect customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
Maintain reports on daily leads, walk-ins, and marketing activities.
Support branding efforts such as signage, hoardings, brochures, and digital promotions.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local markets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in real estate/construction/field marketing (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work on-site with high energy and a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of marketing techniques and customer handling.
