Key Responsibilities:
Promote plywood products to dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, construction sites, and project developers for business development.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands.
Prepare and maintain marketing reports and customer databases.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in plywood, laminates, building materials, or hardware industry preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
