Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage marketing activities across digital and offline channels. The role involves creating and managing marketing posters, handling offline marketing initiatives, managing social media platforms, and implementing strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
? Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, print ads, hoardings, brochures, and in-store branding
? Work closely with agencies and influencers for campaigns
? Manage content and offer updation on the website and all social media channels. (Wordpress)
? Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking
? Create, design, and manage marketing posters and creatives for digital and offline use
? Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication and materials
? Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution
? Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
? Support overall marketing planning and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field ? 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand marketing ? Hands-on experience with poster design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) ? Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools ? Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.) ? Strong understanding of offline marketing execution ? Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills

Pay: ?30,898.99 - ?35,827.72 per month
