Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day marketing activities, handle online tender processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, good Hindi communication skills, and strong computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and participate in GeM online tenders - product listing, bid preparation, documentation, and submission.

Research potential business opportunities through government and private procurement channels.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for tender-related queries and requirements.

Maintain and update marketing and sales data, reports, and records.

Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Support marketing campaigns, digital marketing activities, and brand promotion.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, and online meetings.

Handle general office correspondence and maintain professional communication standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Proficiency in spoken Hindi(Mandatory)

Strong computer literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Internet

Knowledge of GeM portal and online tendering process preferred (training can be provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
