To drive marketing and lead generation activities for infrastructure projects, including civil construction, industrial developments, and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. The role focuses purely on market research and supporting sales with qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Identify potential customers in sectors like warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, and institutions
Conduct market research to target builders, architects, consultants, and business owners
Cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and follow-ups
Schedule introductory meetings for senior business/sales team
PEB & Civil Construction Marketing
Promote PEB metal buildings, industrial sheds, and civil infrastructure services
Prepare basic technical marketing material showcasing project capabilities
Create awareness about the advantages of PEB in terms of time, cost, and efficiency
Support sales by generating interest in turnkey infrastructure services
Marketing Communication & Reporting
Draft professional emails, follow-up messages, and newsletters
Maintain records of leads, follow-up status, and campaign performance
Prepare weekly marketing activity reports for management review
Share competitor activity insights and market trends regularly
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Civil / Structural Engineering / Business
MBA in Marketing (preferred)
2-5 years of experience in marketing infrastructure, construction, or real estate services
Strong English & local language communication skills
Skills Required:
Solid understanding of civil and steel building solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
Self-motivated with a strong drive for outbound marketing
Creative mindset for branding and campaign strategies
